Getting help with an integration
Check the API documentation for request parameters, authentication requirements, rate limits, and error responses. When reporting a problem, include the endpoint, the response status, approximately when it occurred, and the SDK or CLI version if applicable. A small example using fictional data is usually easier to investigate than a complete application.
Keep credentials private
Do not send API keys, passwords, session cookies, database connection strings, or private user data. Remove credentials from screenshots and examples. If you believe a key has been exposed, revoke it through your account before sharing the problem. Contact information is for support, not a place to upload confidential material.
Privacy and product information
For account deletion or other privacy requests, explain the request without attaching sensitive documents. The privacy policy explains the information Faceplacer handles. The About page identifies the operator and describes the service; the terms describe acceptable use and service availability.
