## Getting help with an integration

Check the [API documentation](https://www.faceplacer.com/docs) for request parameters, authentication requirements, rate limits, and error responses. When reporting a problem, include the endpoint, the response status, approximately when it occurred, and the SDK or CLI version if applicable. A small example using fictional data is usually easier to investigate than a complete application.

## Keep credentials private

Do not send API keys, passwords, session cookies, database connection strings, or private user data. Remove credentials from screenshots and examples. If you believe a key has been exposed, revoke it through your account before sharing the problem. Contact information is for support, not a place to upload confidential material.

## Privacy and product information

For account deletion or other privacy requests, explain the request without attaching sensitive documents.
